Manchester based inTEC Group has acquired IT managed services provider FROG IT Services as part of its ongoing acquisition strategy. The deal marks the thirteenth acquisition since 2016 and inTEC says it has ambitious plans to further extend its geographical reach throughout the UK and Ireland this year.
Richard Fella, Managing Director of FROG IT Services said: “We are delighted and excited to become a part of the inTEC GROUP family. This will mean that additional services will be available to our customers which were not part of our internal offering previously.
